This is what Kevin Costner really needed to make "Waterworld" palatable. Think how bad ass he could've been taking out 'smokers' if he was cruising around OVER them in the water with one of these water powered packs crushing skulls and finding land. Of course, THEN he'd be screwed once he found land. But c'mon, he would've done it in STYLE.
